Lore of Kadrexia

In this world All Gods exist. If any single person believes in a God, he/she exists. 

In the World of Kadrexia there is this Lore that amongst many other Gods, there once was a God of Elemental Magic named Kryptos. He and the other Gods came together to create the First Otherworld. It was lush with life of all kinds! Until the non-magic grew unsettled. They felt as if the ones gifted with magic of any kind were an abomination. Before long, war would take over this world for centuries.

The Gods got sick of the bickering and unrest of their creations. There was much talk of breaking the world in half, one for the non-magic and one for the magical. Though Kryptos tried with all his might to tell them this would not work, they all insisted it be done. Because he was the only one to protest, apart from Mother Nature herself, Kryptos was burdened with the task. He gave many attempts to separate the World into 2 halves carefully, only causing disasters upon the land. With the Gods growing impatient, and Kryptos frustrated, he grabbed the world in rage and broke it in half. Upon doing so caused great disasters over the people. Lands flooded, Mountains erupted with liquid fire, and the earth quaked. The Gods were shocked and forlorn at the loss of their creations.

Time passed and they were ready to create a new world! One with peace and harmony among all beings. Kryptos did not feel this was the solution. He knew history would repeat itself. So instead, he created an oasis for all magical beings and magic wielders. Once he was finished, he gave this world a name, Kadrexia. He and the other Gods created special portals to travel between the worlds, with only the magical to pass back through to Kadrexia. Kryptos was not finished yet.

He created a world full of magical beings especially for them, but he felt having access to all five elements at once was too much power. So he created 5 animals, placing only one element into each. A Falcon-lion, may the air under his wings carry him far. A dragon turtle, may the water sooth his worries when the burden of the island becomes too much. Iron horse, may your passion burn as bright as your flames. Snake, may you stay as passionate and sensible as the earth you were made from. Flying panther, may your courage and grace lead you home always. He declared not another being be burdened with the power of all five elements, and if they must, they need to have the purest of intentions and utmost loyalty to Kadrexia. With his final declaration Kryptos vanished.

Wanting to keep the world harmonious and the stones together, the spirits crafted a crown of the utmost delicacy, each stone intricately woven into it. It was kept safe in the heart of Kadrexia, the City of Diospyros. The crown stayed there for centuries, until the Royal became greedy, trying to lay claim to the Crown, declaring where it would be safer and who was more worthy. The tension between them rose until it turned into an all out War that demolished the City of Diospyros. While the war was raging on, the Royal of Diospyros called upon the spirits and begged them to take the stones and hide them. She feared if either of the other Royals got their hands on it, they would damn the world and others around it. The location of the Crown itself is still unknown.

Stones of the Elemental Animals

Falcon-lion (air): Amethyst Crystal

Location: Hidden in a small village at the top of the Highest Mountain in Mnt Sci.

Dragon Turtle (water): Pearl

Location: In the bottom of the river where Ronasha and Cedel meet

Iron Horse (fire): Aragonite

Location: deep underground cave in Phothar, beneath the Red-Dragon Mountains

Snake (earth): Opal

Location:  resides on the back of the snake itself, it has been rumored the earth snake can be found traveling the border of the world

Flying Panther (spirit): Labradorite

Location: Queen of the Nixie Fae holds it.

All of the stones must be inserted into the Crown of the Heir and placed onto the Heir who holds pure intentions for Kadrexia. When this is done, the wielder becomes the defender of Kadrexia, this person will have access to all gates/portals in and out of Kadrexia. This person can create or close gates/portals to other worlds.
